I’m here today to walk you through the step-by-step process of investing in property from us here at Get Raw Land.
Once you’ve found your perfect lot you will need to submit your $199 doc fee payment. The doc fee reserves the property for 10 days while we work through the closing process and pays for the contracts, closing costs, and recording fees. There are no additional sneaky extra charges once the property is paid in full. One fee, one time and we take care of the rest. We do sell on a first come, first serve basis so be sure to move quickly to secure your lot.
Once your doc fee has been received, we will collect your personal information for the contract. This information includes Full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. You do have the option to include a second buyer on the contract if you’d like. (partner, spouse, parent, etc.)
Once your information has been received, your contract will be drawn up and emailed to you via SignNow within 24 hours.
After signing, we will collect your down payment, either online or over the phone.
Once your down payment has been successfully processed, we will create your loan portal and set up your automatic payments. Your loan portal gives you 24/7 access to monitor your loan, check your balance, make extra payments, and update your billing information.
Once paid in full, the property will be transferred to you using a warranty deed. A warranty deed guarantees there are no liens, or back taxes and you will receive your property with free and clear title.
